Compress MP3 Size While Keeping Quality as Good as Possible

MP3 Quality Modifier can reduce the size of an MP3 file while maintaining the quality to be as good as possible by changing the bitrate. You can change it manually or select one of the provided presets. Very low quality preset offers the highest compression but you should make sure that the quality changing is acceptable to your ears.
