Once you extract the zip file you’ll be ready to use it without having to install it. You can start to convert by dragging and dropping the files that you want to convert into the application, but make sure that you don’t forget to select the output audio format.

You can also convert the files by using the right-click menu in Windows explorer but you have to enable the shell integration first. Note that you can only convert a single file using this method. Once the conversion is done the result will be saved in the same folder where you keep the original files. FlicFlac is a freeware licensed program and works for Windows operating system.
